This intern will be responsible for (including, but not limited to):
Supporting National Physician Relations efforts with compiling physician and provider data for medical practices from multiple online sources into a common, reportable and searchable format.
Supporting quality control of physician and provider data to eliminate inaccurate, duplicate, and obsolete information entries into the physician relationship management (PRM) database.
Updating PRM database to accurately reflect business development, field visit, and resulting inbound referral activities from target physician practices.
To qualify, you must have:
Completed at least two years of full-time undergraduate studies with an overall cumulative GPA of at least 3.00 / 4.00.
Business majors preferred with emphasis on Market Research and Analysis.
Proficiency creating and using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for data compilation, organization, analysis, and reporting (ideally including working knowledge of VLOOKUP and PivotTable functionalities).
Intermediate or better Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word.
High level of attention to detail.
Clearly-demonstrated problem solving skills.
The ability to learn and master new concepts quickly.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Self-reliance and work ethic proven ability to achieve high-impact results independently with limited supervision.
The willingness to contribute 8-12 hours weekly (ideally at 4 hours per day).
The ability to receive at least 1 college/university credit for the internship.
