Marketing Materials Compliance (MMC) Sr Specialist What the Sr. Specialist role needs?
A Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, communication or other related areas.
At least 2-3 years’ prior experience with investment and/or insurance products, desirably those of NM.

Experience working with or willingness to learn how to use data resulting in better informed business decisions for all.

Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.
Familiarity with advertising regulations preferred. FINRA series 7. and 24. desired or obtained within 3-6 months.

In addition to what is needed for the Sr. Specialist role, a Consultant will have at least 5-7 years of work experience with insurance and/or investment products, desirably NM products and services.
Ability to diffuse/resolve complex issues, train, mentor and coach others.
Talent to dynamically lead department and division projects taking ideas from conception to execution using excellent project planning, execution and management skills.
Shown initiative and motivation skillset as shown by a willingness to seize opportunities to identify, independently drive and implement process improvement and innovation.
Emphasis on specialized knowledge of advertising regulations showing competency in a wide depth and breadth of subject matter. FINRA series 7 and 24 required.
