The American Association for Justice (AAJ) promotes a balanced civil justice system and supports the work of attorneys in their efforts to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in America’s courtrooms, even when taking on the most powerful corporations.
AAJ is looking for a Marketing Manager who is a creative thinker with digital know-how.
Manage marketing related to AAJ products and services, including our Sections and Litigation Groups, Exchange (document database), and legal research service, AAJ Education, and AAJ Publications (Trial magazine, AAJ Press materials, Law Reporters).
Manage projects start-to-finish from creating copy to editing, production, and reporting.
Translate data analysis into advertising recommendations and digital marketing campaigns.
Plan, execute, track performance of social media components as they relate to product campaigns.
Manage and create digital content for AAJ products and services;
Create and edit online/web videos
Produce materials such as print and web ads, online content, brochures, catalogs, pamphlets, flyers, and emails.
Develop strategy to increase awareness, engagement, and revenue.
Provide creative direction and collaborate on potential cross-promotional opportunities.

College degree and previous experience of 1-3 years marketing experience.
Experience in direct mail, digital marketing, and advertising.
Social media and Google analytics experience.
Strong writing and attention to details.
Strong project management skills.
Commitment to issues important to AAJ and its members
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and video editing software strongly preferred.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Capacity to thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
