The American College of Physicians (ACP), a prestigious medical membership association for doctors of internal medicine located in Philadelphia, is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Associate to serve as the lead marketing staff for developing strategies, implementing plans, and coordinating promotions to support ACP membership acquisition and retention goals.
The successful candidate must have direct experience in membership marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector. Responsibilities include:
• collaborating with ACP’s membership department to plan and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various digital and print channels from conceptualization through measurement • coordinating marketing campaigns and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and leading cross-divisional marketing efforts to ensure consistency of an overall marketing strategy • conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing effective marketing plans and research goals
A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in marketing, with six years of experience in developing membership marketing strategies. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies for a variety of audiences; developing creative copy in various formats for different channels and audiences; and will possess excellent communication, project management, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
